Campus Wide Power Event (Wired/Wireless Networks)

ITS continues to monitor the residual networking/computing issues from the power event that occurred earlier today. Most services have been restored, however some buildings are still reporting slow network speeds. The slowness has been attributed to Cisco VoIP desk phones that are not regaining a network connection.
A phone reset may be needed if the Cisco 7841 phone is continually showing unregistered or network unavailable on the phone screen.
From the Cisco 7841 Desk phone:
Press the Settings Icon (gear)
Select Admin Settings (option 5).
Select Reset Settings (option 4).
Select All Settings (option 1).
